Frequently asked questions
How do I create an account?
Open Classica and choose Sign Up. You can register with an email and password, or continue with Google. Email accounts must confirm their address with a verification link before syncing.
Do I need an account to use Classica?
No. You can study without signing in — your progress is saved on your device. Creating an account lets you back up and sync your progress across devices.
How does progress sync work?
When you're signed in, your learning progress — XP, streaks, mastery levels, and spaced-repetition schedules — is securely stored so it's there when you sign in on another device.
I didn't get my verification email.
Check your spam folder first. You can request a new link from the sign-in screen. If it still doesn't arrive, email us and we'll sort it out.
How do I reset my password?
On the sign-in screen, choose "Forgot password" and follow the emailed link to set a new one.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email support@classicalatin.com from your account address and we'll permanently delete your account and all associated progress data.
Which devices are supported?
Classica is built for iPhone and iPad running a recent version of iOS.
